Metallic Fireproofing

Fire safety door 60 & 120 minutes fire resistance according to EN 1634-1, latest European directive on fire resistance of doors, 51 mm thick leaf.

The door leaf is of SANDWICH type with external cladding of electrogalvanized sheet metal 0,8+0,8 mm and internal filling of non-combustible thermal-sound insulating material based on mineral fibres, density 100 KG/M3.

The case is made of DKP sheet metal, 1,5MM thick with the hinges in place. It has holes for support and is equipped with thermoformed strips around the perimeter and foam rubber for better sealing of the door.The width of the frame is 56mm for strong support. It comes with the same pan and bottom case to make the door itself right and left.

Two heavy duty hinges with ball bearings are provided. One of them can be adjusted to function as a return mechanism.

All-steel lock with handles and handles and fire-resistant covers according to DIN 18273 FS. The lock is protected internally and externally by 10mm thick plasterboard. The fire doors are painted with electrostatic paint in RAL 7035 gray (light gray) or in another color on request.

Also provided, on request, are panic bars, a priority closing mechanism for the sheets and a mechanism with automatic steel floor and ceiling latches, so that the semi-rigid sheet can be safely immobilised in the closed position. The installation of electromagnets (floor or wall) which immobilise the door leaves in the open position and a hydraulic mechanism to reset the leaf in case of frequent use are also provided.

The fire doors are accompanied by the necessary test certificates after tests carried out in various laboratories of the European Union, LAPI of Italy, and APPLUS of Spain, the National Technical University of Metso and a certificate of the ESYD as to the accreditation of the above laboratories to perform fire resistance tests.
