Terms of Guarantee - SUPPORTareto
- The guarantee of good functioning is valid if it is stamped or signed by the sales outlet, or by a representative of Portareto, or sent with the invoice or the retail sales receipt. It is valid from the day of purchase of the security door and lasts from 2 to 5 years, depending on the package.
- The Warranty covers the free repair (labour time) of any accidental damage to the mechanical parts of the Security Door, due to defective material of faulty construction, excluding further claims. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or negligence in handling, as well as Doors that pose a risk due to exposure to weather conditions.
- The prices of the cost of issuing keys - in addition to the free ones - are valid for Cisa Astral, Cisa Assix & Securemme K2 models. For all other models a 15% discount is provided.
- Each repair is carried out by our workshop in the place where the Security Door has been installed, and the repair time is always carried out according to the size of the damage (if you need to replace a component, it will be done on request, according to the time of receipt). It goes without saying that for damage of small size, the repair can be done on the spot.
- Accidental repair does not extend the warranty period.
- The warranty expires in case of repair by unauthorized persons.
- The guarantee ceases to be valid from the moment the ownership of the security door is transferred to a third party.
- The Company is not responsible for any damage in case of transfer of the security door by unauthorized persons.
- No person may alter the terms of this warranty, whether written or oral.
- For holders of armored security doors of other companies the price of the visit is 35€ + VAT. The price does not include the cost of materials.
- The visit prices for existing -and non-existing- customers are valid within the areas where our stores are located (Attica, Thessaloniki, Tripoli). For areas outside the mentioned areas there is a surcharge of 0,5€/km.
- The free visits are valid from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00.
